SAVING GAIA.Isn't it ironic that the winners of the saving gaia challenge won electrical appliances such as, AN AIR-CONDITIONER and A TELEVISION?Aren't these things one of the causes of the earth dying?hold on, why should there even be a challenge for saving gaia in the first place?i give credit that it did increase awareness, but whether it did in a good or bad way im not sure.those kids with their "in my world everyone would want to save the earth" fantasies are no doubt adorable and pleasant to hear, however people are beginning to hijack those words and turning them into impure fantasies of their own.i mean, shouldn't saving gaia be in every one's blood?have we come to such a desperation that we need to have a competition for saving gaia in order to increase awareness?ok maybe i am being a little sour here, but every one of us uses these resources that mother nature so kindly provided with love, so why is it that not all of us have a conscience of wanting to save gaia from the bottom of our hearts?if we're so afraid of death and the end of the world, why don't we start pushing those fears aside and gracefully help this project in every way that we can..Is this all a test? How can we stop producing new (new being, without incorporating the 3Rs into use during the manufacturing process)items in the market, at the same time eliminating detestable consumerism.Would it actually be possible that we instill the 3Rs permamently into every of our lives and instead of having to practise consumerism, we do trades instead.wouldn't that be more fun? |

A wide variety of pastries ranging from petit fours, colorful arrays of macarons, ispahans, rich layered cakes like the opera & tiramisu and many others which i could not remember with a memory like mine. It was also a mini bakery catering flavorful wholesome loaves, buttery rich croissants, biscuits, madeleines and of course, financiers.HOW can you not love a place like that? But then again, i would think that only a sweet tooth like moi would go crazy over this, because it is afterall, pastries.
And did i add that they have a lovely french-decor interior consisting of pretty lace dollies on table tops, PINK and white patterned wallpapers, PINK cushion covers, PINK stairs and floors and beautiful shaded alfresco area connecting you with mother nature while indulging in their sinful(what is life without a little dab of sin?no harm done i assure you.) delicacies.Even a pink-disaprover like me wouldn't mind spending a lazy afternoon feasting my stomach out here. |

How do you celebrate your birthday? They have always been overrated to me. I know it's just about enjoying yourself and having fun on your day, as long as you're happy then you can care less about everything else. Well i think that's bollocks. I think that on your birthday you should be as giving as you would be on xmas. Because it is your day, that means you have the right to do whatever you want supposedly, it shows the more you should be thinking of others that you have taken granted for every other day. But then again, there's no right or wrong is there?
Anyways, seeing that i've not celebrated my birthday for years and for the fact that it is going to be the special 21st, i think i should deserve to share it with all my loved ones. Thing is that because i've not celebrated it for years and chalets and dinner parties are so overdone, i have nadah idea of how to do this. It really makes me want to just disappear on that day, to a little cozy corner of maybe..paradise. Which would be so irresponsible of me after all that talking about thinking of others.
Ahhh the ironies of life.

Is it possible to have a mid-life crisis when you're only 21, considering that you'll most likely not live pass 42 years of age.huh. |
